For it is the fear of death, the horror of pain and the craving for life that is behind man’s quest and pursuit for a better method of treatment every new day. Even from the day, since Adam had his forbidden apple, started the sufferings of humankind and along with it the quest to overcome that. And this quest, with its passage and through the thousands of years of innumerable cultures and civilization, experiments, analysis and inventions formed into what is now proclaimed by the name of AYURVEDA.

Ayurveda perceive the Mind and Body as two manifestations of the same consciousness. The classical Ayurvedic system was probably driven by insight, intuition, and astute observation of human behavior and nature. This is the science which had laid down the definition of health as physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing of an organism nearly 4000 years before, which is accepted globally by the WHO after many centuries of heated arguments as the definition of Health.
